Murchison Falls National Park is placed in the northern part of Uganda distinctively known for the giant roar of Murchison falls. It is home to various wildlife species including lions, warthogs, bush bucks, waterbucks, Jackson hartebeest, oribi, Nile crocodile and over 300 species of birds. The conservation area is Uganda’s largest protected area bisected through by the victoria Nile along which are hippos. The Kanio pabidi forest of mahogany harbors primates like chimpanzee, black and white colobus monkey and olive baboons that are always welcoming at the park entrance.

Day 1: Pickup and Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park – Ziwa Rhino Tracking
Upon arrival, you will be transferred tom Murchison falls national park Uganda’s largest conservation area, it is well known for the falls within the park, having a stopover at the Ziwa Rhino sanctuary for tracking the endangered species which had faced extinction and later reintroduced by the rhino fund Uganda, lunch at the sanctuary and proceed to the national park later with an afternoon game drive.

Day 2: Game Drives and Boat Cruise along River Nile
Early morning drive in search of animals along the northern bank of the park, look out for lions, leopards, Jackson Hartebeests, oribi, Uganda Kobs, waterbucks, elephants, returning for a brunch and an afternoon boat cruise to the bottom of the falls, the river banks are habitat to the rare shoe bill stock and on lucky day you may have a chance to see them, at the bottom one can choose to hike the top of the falls or ride back to Paraa.

Day 3: Transfer to Entebbe International Airport
Checking of the lodge following a morning breakfast, we will drive the Pakuba airstrip on the northern bank for our charter flight back to the airport giving you a chance to have a view from the above of Uganda.
